Start-up, commissioning and work on designed capacity
After the installation of all technological equipment and the completion of construction and installation works, the complex is loaded with raw materials, testing of working units and assemblies.
A stable mesophilic process and a stable level of biogas production are achieved. The resulting biogas is constantly tested for methane, carbon dioxide, sulfur and other impurities. After a sufficient amount of biogas is formed and its optimal physico-chemical composition is set in order to start the plant in full technological cycle, a cogenerator is launched. The cogenerator is tested at various operating modes to determine the optimal design mode of operation. The process of generating electricity and heat is controlled, and the design of the units and assemblies of the biogas complex complies with the design parameters.
